Residents of the Sunrise Apartments in Williston received two different notices taped to their door informing them the building had been sold.

This initial one was taken down because it was posted before the deal closed, but some residents had already received it.

This second notice also was taped to residents’ doors.

Dumpsters are outside the building, but no renovation or demolition has begun. The Williston Building Department had not received a building permit for that complex as of Monday. The Furuseth Law Firm mentioned in the letter did not return a call seeking comment.
